Terms and conditions

Licenses are delivered within 48 hours of purchase (online payment through shop.ericpare.com)
Licenses are self activated by users. Actication can be made anywhere between delivery date and within 60 days.
Licenses are not refundable and non downgradable
Starter, Basic and monthly licenses can not be upgraded
(XangleCS only) Yearly-pro licenses can be upgraded by applying the remaining period credits on a new one (over the number of cameras)
One license = one computer. You can log out from one computer at any moment.
Licenses can not be shared across different companies.
No transferring or selling the license
No renting, leasing or sub-licensing the license
No reverse engineering, modifying or using the code to create a derivative work
Rebate coupons can’t be combined
You are responsible of testing and mastering the software for your equipment prior to your events.
We are not responsible or third party services you are using in pair with Xangle (SendGrid, Esper software, picpicsocial, etc.)
None of our images or videos can be used without our written authorization
By using the service, you agree with the conditions listed above
We reserve the right to terminate any license that does not respect the conditions above.
